UNGI(이하 "본 앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각합니다. 본 앱은 사용자의 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 이 처리방침은 본 앱이 데이터를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

본 앱은 개인정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치 등 어떠한 식별 정보도 요구하지 않습니다.

2. 데이터의 저장 위치

사용자가 본 앱에 입력하는 모든 운동 기록(루틴, 종목, 무게, 횟수, 운동 시간 등)은 사용자의 기기(iPhone 및 Apple Watch) 내부에만 저장됩니다. 본 앱은 외부 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 어떠한 데이터도 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

3. 건강 데이터(HealthKit)

본 앱은 사용자가 허용한 경우에 한해 Apple의 HealthKit을 사용합니다.

• 운동 중 심박수 및 소모 칼로리를 읽어와 운동 기록에 활용합니다.
• 완료한 운동을 Apple '건강' 앱에 운동 기록으로 저장합니다.
• 이 건강 데이터는 사용자의 기기와 Apple의 건강 시스템 안에서만 처리되며, 개발자는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없고 외부로 전송되지도 않습니다.
• HealthKit 권한을 거부하셔도 본 앱의 운동 기록 기능은 정상적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.

HealthKit을 통해 수집된 정보는 광고를 포함한 어떠한 마케팅 목적으로도 사용되지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 광고

본 앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 사용자 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 분석(애널리틱스) 도구나 추적 기술도 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 데이터 삭제

모든 데이터가 기기 내부에만 있으므로, 앱을 삭제하면 본 앱이 저장한 운동 기록도 함께 삭제됩니다. Apple '건강' 앱에 저장된 운동 기록은 '건강' 앱에서 직접 관리·삭제하실 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 모든 연령대가 안전하게 사용할 수 있습니다.

7. 처리방침의 변경

본 처리방침이 변경될 경우 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

UNGI ("the App") respects your privacy. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. This policy explains how the App handles data.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects no personal information whatsoever. There is no account registration, and the App does not request any identifying information such as your name, email, phone number, or location.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

All workout data you enter into the App (routines, exercises, weights, reps, workout duration, etc.) is stored only on your own devices (iPhone and Apple Watch). The App does not operate any external server, and no data is ever transmitted to the developer or any third party.

3. Health Data (HealthKit)

With your permission, the App uses Apple's HealthKit:

• It reads your heart rate and active energy burned during a workout to enrich your workout records.
• It saves completed workouts to the Apple Health app as workout records.
• This health data is processed only within your device and Apple's Health system. The developer cannot access this data, and it is never transmitted externally.
• If you decline HealthKit permission, the App's workout-tracking features remain fully usable.

Information obtained through HealthKit is never used for any marketing purpose, including advertising.

4. Third Parties and Advertising

The App displays no advertising and does not share or sell user data to any third party. It uses no analytics tools or tracking technologies.

5. Deleting Your Data

Because all data resides solely on your device, deleting the App also deletes the workout data it stored. Workout records saved to the Apple Health app can be managed and deleted directly within the Health app.

6. Children's Privacy

The App collects no personal information and is therefore safe for users of all ages.
